Heat treatment specification
- 1) Homogenization annealing: heating 510 ~ 520 ° C; holding 4 ~ 6h; air cooling.
- 2) rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 410 ° C; with the effective thickness of the material, holding time 30 ~ 120min; empty or water cooled.
- 3) High temperature annealing: heating 350 ~ 500 ° C; finished product thickness ≥ 6mm, holding time 10 ~ 30min,
- 4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250 ~ 300 ° C; holding time is 1 ~ 3h; empty or water cooled.
